The Haakan B. Guldkula Foundation Scholarship - Scholarship at the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York
The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York (SACC New York) is proud to announce the fifth Haakan B. Guldkula Foundation Scholarship available for Swedish business students. The scholarship will allow a young professional to work at the offices of SACC New York for a period of twelve months starting January 2013 and ending December 2013.
The successful applicant will gain considerable knowledge in high-level event planning and execution, membership services, marketing, and publishing. As a scholar you will also be providing general support to the organization and you will get the opportunity to gain considerable knowledge of the U.S. business environment and Swedish-American exchanges by working to promote and enhance trade, commerce, and other business relations between Sweden and the United States of America in all possible areas.
An Ideal Applicant Profile:
- A recent graduate of a leading Swedish university
- Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
- Business-related work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish
- International experience is considered a key qualification
